Privacy policy (draft)
Your photos are private by default. We have no public gallery, share links are opt-in per video and can be revoked at any time, and we never use your photos as examples without written permission.
What we send to AI providers
To create transitions we send your normalized photos and a prompt built from our templates to video-generation providers. We prefer providers whose API terms forbid training on customer data. Current providers and their countries: fal.ai (USA), Replicate (USA). Providers may keep generated media for a short period under their own policies.
Face detection and matching
We detect where faces are in each photo to frame them consistently and to block photos with no face. For transitions between group photos, and only with your explicit consent, we use AWS Rekognition to work out which face becomes which. We keep only the resulting sentence (for example, "the person on the left becomes the person in the center"), never face templates or measurements.
Retention and deletion
Unpaid projects are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity. Deleting your account removes your photos, clips, renders and music from our storage and database.
Music
If you upload music you confirm you hold the rights to use it. Rights holders can send takedown requests to legal@example.com.
We store your country (derived at sign-up) but not your IP address. Hosting: Amazon Web Services. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
